Summary
Our Customer Support and Management module allows tickets to follow a set route, automatically assign them and check emails. Permissions can be set for different roles, and statistics created from our easy to use interface.

Set Permissions: Operators, Teams, Contacts and Customers can have different levels of read and write access. Adminstrator has full security control
Auto Assign Tickets: : Create ticket routes and auto-assign new tickets to designated operators.
View Statistics: Operator performance and ticket trends can be viewed as statistics, reports, charts and graphs and they can be filtered and exported in XML formats.
Easy Interface: : Intuitive layout and information labels guide users easily through the systems.
Knowledge Base: Write and publish articles which can be searched prior to raising a ticket
Extended Fields: Customise the system with specific fields. Collect additional data
Generate from POP3: Automatically check mailboxes like for new emails which will generate Support Tickets.
Diagnostic Logs: Almost every event and update in this module can be logged and tracked in case of queries. Ticket changes are logged with date and author
